Millikin Communication Innovations, LLC, provides quality communication products for professionals, or individuals with speech/language disorders, to assist them in enhancing social interactions at home, in school, on the playground, in the workplace, and with significant others.  We also seek solutions that will support language processing and comprehension as well as written language.

At Millikin Communication Innovations, LLC, we know that communication is the essence of life. Therefore, it deserves deliberate and focused efforts to ensure that all individuals have multiple strategies and multiple techniques from which to draw for maximizing their communication opportunities!   We have also reached a point in the educational process where teachers are expected to use the tenets of Universal Design for Learning  when they prepare their teaching materials and supportive tools.  Differentiated Instruction offers a hope for our students that materials will incorporate considerations of their educational needs so they aren't "left behind".  The tools on this website have been used for that purpose.

Do you know someone or work with someone who has severe apraxia and is not able to rely on speech for communication? Someone who understands much more than s/he is able to express? Someone who uses a voice output device for communication but has no backup non-tech system for communication? Someone who speaks another language and is immersed in an English-only environment?
